Summary: Gutter uses technical cookies, essential for the service to work, and —only with your permission— preference and analytics cookies.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it, and that allow information to be remembered between pages or sessions.

2. Types of cookies we use

Technical (strictly necessary). They allow navigation, signing in and the security of the service. They do not require consent.
Preference. They remember your settings. They are only activated with your consent.
Analytics. They help us understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. They are only activated with your consent.

With your consent, Gutter installs analytics cookies of its own (gutter_origen) and from third parties (Google Analytics 4 and, only on the download screen of a paid order, the Trustpilot review widget). Today we do not install preference or advertising cookies, and we do not use Meta Pixel or other external tracking tools. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings”, at the foot of any page.

4. Legal basis

Technical cookies are covered by Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), exempt from prior consent. Preference and analytics cookies are based on your consent (Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE and Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
