You can cancel your order at no cost as long as you have not downloaded the final watermark-free file. Once the formatted, watermark-free book has been downloaded, the order can no longer be cancelled, as the service has been delivered in full. To request cancellation before download, write to hola@gutter.app quoting your order number.
As this is a digital service delivered immediately, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once the file has been downloaded with your express consent. If you spot a genuine problem in the delivered layout, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, we will assess a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis; write to hola@gutter.app with the details of your request.
