Account data (name, email, encrypted password, billing details), usage data (uploaded manuscript, book type, page count, price, generated files), and strictly necessary technical cookies.
For occasional ambiguous-content classification, documents may be processed via the Anthropic API under a Zero Data Retention agreement. Anthropic does not store, or train models on, this content. Transfers to Anthropic, PBC (USA) are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 GDPR.
Under GDPR you can exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights at hola@gutter.app, and file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Manuscripts and generated files are deleted within 30 days of download. Account data is kept while the account is active and for 2 years after closure. Invoices are kept for 4 years per Spanish tax law.
