What a Word book formatting template needs

If you'd rather prepare it yourself before uploading, here's the minimum your document needs.

→Word heading styles for each chapter, not loose bold text
→First-line indent, not blank lines between paragraphs
→Footnotes using Word's own system, not manual numbering
→Author quotes in italics, applied as a character style
→Images placed in their final position, not linked externally
